In response to concerns and questions presented by AVASW members about how Hybrid Title 38 was applied at their facilities, an inquiry was conducted to determine how Hybrid Title 38 was being applied throughout the VA.  Information was obtained from several sources.  A report was completed and approved by the AVASW Executive Committee.  The report is posted and is available for your review.  It can be downloaded and/or printed.  You are welcome to share it with others.  If you have any comments about the report, please let us know by clicking on the "Contact Us" tab on the left menu and completing the form which will automatically be sent to the AVASW Executive Committee.  We welcome your ideas and/or information about Hybrid Title 38 as well.
